Let's look at
your calls.
The most useful first meeting is not a slide deck. Send us a week of audio and the scorecard you already use, and we'll show you what a 100% sample surfaces that a 2% sample never could.
Tell us about your operation
Everything except name, email, and company is optional — but the more you tell us, the more specific the first conversation can be.
A reply from a person
Not a sequence, not a chatbot. Usually within four business hours, from whoever is best placed to answer what you asked.
A 30-minute working call
We map your stack, your rubric, and your constraints. If we're a bad fit we'll say so on this call rather than three meetings later.
Your calls, scored
Send a week of audio under NDA. We run it through your own scorecard and walk through what turned up — including the things you won't like.
1201 Second Avenue, Suite 1500

Pioneer Square, about a ten-minute walk from King Street Station. Visitors welcome — just let us know you're coming so someone's at the desk.
Answers to the usual first questions.
Will you sign our NDA before we send audio?
Yes, and we'd expect you to insist. We'll sign yours rather than push ours, and we can usually turn it around in a day or two. Audio sent for evaluation is deleted on request and automatically after 30 days.
Can we do a proof of concept without any deployment?
Yes. The evaluation runs entirely on our side using audio you send us — no connectors, no infrastructure, no change to your environment. If you need even that to happen inside your own network, we can arrange an on-premises evaluation instead; it takes longer to set up but some security teams require it.
What do you need from us to give a real price?
Annual conversation volume, deployment model, how many distinct rubrics you'd run, and which systems we'd connect to. That's enough for a firm number rather than a range. Pricing is on volume analyzed, not per seat.
We're early — is it too soon to talk?
No. A meaningful share of our conversations are with teams a year out from buying anything, and those tend to be the most useful ones for both sides. Tell us where you are and we'll match the conversation to it rather than pushing a process.
