Does this require a compliance recording policy?
Yes. Teams calls must be captured through policy-based compliance recording with a certified provider before there is anything to analyse. Overtone reads what that policy produces.
Can everything stay inside our Microsoft tenant?
Yes. Deployed into your own Azure subscription, the audio, transcripts, scores and search index all remain in your tenant and your chosen region, under your own keys.
