Flex owns the agent desktop and routing logic. Overtone supplies the analysis layer, and because Flex is programmable, scores can be surfaced directly in a custom Flex component.
Yes. Scores are available over the REST API and as task attributes, so a custom Flex plugin can display an agent's own results without them leaving the desktop.
It is not required, but it helps. Diarization accuracy is 99.1% on dual-channel audio and 94.3% on mixed mono, so enabling dual-channel measurably improves speaker attribution.
